Frequently asked questions
Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones.
We would rather you knew before you signed up than after. Still have a question? Email support@flabido.com, or raise a ticket and you get a reference number you can quote.
Nothing is charged, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Sign-in stops until you choose a plan — or ask us, and we will extend the trial. Everything you entered is kept for thirty days after the trial ends, so taking a plan inside that window means carrying on in the same account with nothing to move across. After thirty days it is deleted.
Something gentler, and deliberately so. An unpaid invoice is left alone for a week, then the subscription is marked overdue, and after four weeks the account narrows to read-and-export-only. Per employee who was actually employed during the month, counted from your own records, with the count attached to the invoice so you can see exactly who you were charged for. Plans have a minimum number of seats; the pricing page says which.
It computes EPF, ESI, professional tax by state, labour welfare fund and TDS, and no qualified person has yet reviewed those outputs. We will not call it compliant before somebody has. Run it in parallel with whatever you use now until you are satisfied.
There are mappers for all three and for a plain spreadsheet. They were written from each product’s documentation rather than against a real export file, so check the first import carefully — that limitation is recorded rather than discovered.
Yes, at any time, including when the subscription has lapsed. A full export of every record, in open formats.
Not yet. The product works in a phone browser; a native app and WhatsApp approvals are deliberately not built rather than half-built.
Only somebody serving on your Internal Committee who has not recused themselves from that case. Not an administrator, not the account owner, and not us. If you ask us about the contents of one, we will not be able to answer.
