Refunds and cancellation
Short, because the policy is simple.
A long refund policy usually means the opposite of a generous one.
The trial
Fourteen days, everything included, no card required. Nothing is charged when it ends — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, because nothing was taken. Sign-in stops until you choose a plan, and we will extend the trial if you ask.
Everything you entered during a trial is kept for thirty days after the trial ends and is then deleted. Choose a plan inside that window and all of it is kept exactly as it is — the same account, nothing to move across. This applies only to trials: a paid account is never deleted for stopping.
Cancelling a paid subscription
Cancel at any time from the billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep the service until then, because you paid for it. You will not be charged again.
After it ends, the account becomes read-and-export-only. Every record stays, you can read and export all of it, and choosing a plan brings everything back.
Refunds
We do not refund the unused part of a period that has already started, for the same reason cancellation runs to the end of it: the service was available for that period.
We do refund, in full, where:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after cancelling;
- you were charged an amount that does not match the plan and headcount on the invoice; or
- the service was unavailable for a substantial part of a period, in which case we refund that period pro rata whether or not you ask.
Ask by emailing support@flabido.com with the invoice number. We will reply within three working days and, where a refund is due, send it back to the method it was paid from within seven working days of agreeing it. Refunds are made to the original payment method; we cannot send one somewhere else.
If you think an invoice is wrong
Every invoice names the number of people it charged for, and the billing screen shows exactly which people were counted and why each was included. If that list is wrong, tell us — an incorrect count is a refund under the third case above, not a negotiation.
